Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the ERP space; with a focus on Business1 and Business Central.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organisation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance.
Profile
A successful Senior Account Manager should have:
- Proven track record in sales and account management within the ERP SaaS Space is essential
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to close deals effectively and successful in managing Bids and Tender processes
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage clients.
- Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Experience in managing multiple accounts within the Enterprise and Public Sectors at C-suite level
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary ranging from £70000 to £75000, depending on experience.
- Generous car allowance of £5000.
