You'll bring a consultant's mindset, understanding client challenges, shaping value propositions, and aligning marketing activity directly to revenue and pipeline growth.

Description

  • Take full ownership of global marketing, ensuring a consultative and insight-led approach across all regions
  • Translate complex service offerings into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with senior stakeholders
  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, content, events, outbound) to drive pipeline
  • Build and optimise lead generation strategy, focusing on MQL quality and conversion into SQLs
  • Partner closely with sales to ensure alignment on client needs, engagement strategy, and pipeline progression
  • Track and measure performance, using data to drive ROI and continuous optimisation
  • Own and manage the marketing budget with a strong commercial lens
  • Create and oversee thought leadership content (case studies, whitepapers, insight pieces)
  • Ensure consistent messaging globally while tailoring to regional market nuances and challenges
  • Improve website performance and SEO to better reflect a consultancy-grade value proposition

Profile

A successful B2B Senior Marketing Manager should have:
