Technical Account Manager

Description

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Regularly review customer systems to identify potential improvements or upgrades.
  • Resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's operations.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's product and service offerings to ensure accurate client advice.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Profile

A successful Technical Account Manager should have:

  • A background in a technical or sales role within for an MSP or VAR and strong understanding of IaaS, SaaS, BaaS alongside MS Azure
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver high levels of customer service.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
