This role is within a large headcount, diverse and dispersed public sector organisation based in London.

Description

  • Develop and implement communication strategies for technology change initiatives.
  • Create engaging content tailored to diverse audiences across this hierarchical organisation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to align messaging with overall objectives.
  • Ensure stakeholders are well-informed and prepared for upcoming changes.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices in change communications.
  • Manage communication channels to maintain consistency and clarity.
  • Address feedback from stakeholders to refine messaging as needed.

Profile

To be successful on this change project the Change Communications Specialist will bring the following skills and attributes:

  • A proven track record in delivering communications for complex technology change projects, particularly with hard to reach audiences.
  • Knowledge of ADKAR model and application across large, diverse workforces, business readiness and building change networks is a distinct advantage.
  • Is as comfortable being strategic as using your strong writing skills.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • Knowledge of communication tools and platforms, particularly effective use of AI tools for audience reach.
  • A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple tasks.

Job Offer

  • Daily rate upto £450 (umbrella), dependent on relevant knowledge and track record
  • 6m rolling, vetting will be required.
