Description
- Partner with Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members to provide commercial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the preparation of complex business cases, investment proposals and strategic initiatives.
- Provide financial analysis, modelling and recommendations to support key business decisions.
- Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes across the group.
- Analyse business performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Translate financial data into meaningful insights to influence commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operational teams to evaluate risks, opportunities and growth initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, processes and commercial finance practices.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership teams.
Profile
- Proven experience in a commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering role within a complex organisation.
- Strong experience developing business cases, financial models and investment proposals.
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders, including Executive Leadership Teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial analysis into actionable insights.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience supporting strategic decision-making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a large, matrixed organisation undergoing transformation is highly desirable.
Job Offer
- Permanent role with a competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
