A great opportunity for an extremely knowledgeable Dayforce payroll professional with a background in BAU operations (using Dayforce). This is a rolling, interim position whilst the business goes through payroll transformation.

Description
Dayforce SME (Payroll)
- Act as the primary Dayforce Subject Matter Expert for managers, employees, Payroll, HR, and operational stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance on Dayforce functionality, processes, and best practices.
- Resolve complex Dayforce queries and support users in troubleshooting system-related issues.
- Serve as the escalation point for Dayforce process and system enquiries.
- Promote consistent and effective use of Dayforce across the organisation.
Training
- Lead the development and delivery of Dayforce training programmes for new and existing users.
- Create user guides, process documentation, training materials, quick-reference guides, and knowledge articles.
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and one-to-one coaching sessions.
- Support managers in developing confidence with self-service functionality, workforce management tools, and reporting capabilities.
- Identify capability gaps and implement targeted development plans to improve system proficiency.
- Act as a Dayforce champion, encouraging engagement and adoption across the business.
Profile
Dayforce SME (Payroll)
- Strong knowledge of the Dayforce payroll system (essential)
- A solid understanding of payroll processes and regulations - end to end processing experience is essential
- Ability to train and develop others on the Dayforce usage
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience working in the business services sector is an advantage.
