EMEA Payroll Specialist
The EMEA Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations within the tech industry. This temporary role (with chance of going perm after 3 Months) based in Hampshire. Working closely with Finance, you will prepare all necessary data and outputs for a smooth run for all Dutch, German, Belgian, Spanish and Swedish payrolls.

Description
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner for Dutch, German, Belgian, Spain and Sweden.
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation in an organised and accessible manner.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee queries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to support financial reporting and audits.
- Prepare and submit statutory filings, including PAYE and National Insurance contributions.
- Update and maintain payroll systems with employee information and changes.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
Profile
A successful Payroll Specialist should have:
- Proven experience in payroll processing within a professional environment.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and software - Workday would be ideal.
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and tax regulations, as well as EMEA.
- Able to multi - task and work at pace.
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Offer
- Salary up to £55,000 DOE
- 3 Month Temporary role with high chance of going perm afterwards.
- Remote or, if local candidate, 1-2 days in office.
- Previous experience in Workday and Deel is advantageous, but not essential.
- Payroll qualifications advantageous, but not essential.
