Description
- Provide comprehensive financial planning and control support to the business units.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to drive business performance.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to senior management.
- Support the Accounting & Finance team with key projects and initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Profile
A successful Finance business Partner should have:
- Proven expertise in financial planning and control within the Tech industry.
- Experience partnering with Sales and Commercial Heads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
