They're recruiting for a Part Time Finance Manager due to company growth and have excellent future projections. This role will reporting to the Finance Director

Description

As the Part Time Finance Manager based in Hammersmith, West London you will be responsible for

Reporting to the Finance Director of a small finance team you will be responsible for

• Preparation of company management accounts, budgets and financial statements with the Finance Director
• Accruals and prepayments
• VAT returns
• Posting month-end, weekly and year-end journals
• Purchase ledger, weekly payment runs
• Sales ledger: transfer pricing calculations, raising invoices
• Payroll: ensuring monthly payments are made on time, issuing tax forms (P45s, P60s, P11ds etc.), maternity/paternity and sickness pay, onboarding new staff on the system
• Bank reconciliations
• Ad hoc analysis / projects

Profile

• Experienced Accountant or Finance Manager but management experience isn't required
• Qualified Accountant
• Degree Educated; a STEM degree is desirable but not essential
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong attention-to-detail
• Good organisational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• A willingness to learn and develop skills

Job Offer

• Salary £70k - £80k
• Bonus
• The client is open to different Working Patterns e.g 3 full days or 5 part time days etc, the Amount of hours worked a week is also flexible
