We are seeking an Finance Systems Manager to oversee finance systems and provide expert support in the Utilities sector. This permanent role, based in Bradford but operates a very flexible hybrid working policy.

Description
- Manage and maintain finance systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for finance systems users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
- Implement system upgrades and improvements in line with business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and deliver training programmes for system users.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports for senior management.
- Act as the key point of contact for finance system-related queries and projects.
Profile
A successful Finance Systems Manager should have:
- A background in accounting and finance but does not necessarily need to be an accountant day to day or going forward
- Proficiency in managing and supporting finance systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining compliance.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Offer
