Description
A fast-paced role where you'll work closely with a senior executive and keep the wheels turning in a growing tech environment. This is a chance to use your EA experience in a business that moves quickly and values people who take ownership.
You'll act as a trusted partner to the executive, helping manage time, priorities and outcomes. This goes well beyond diary support, you bring structure, think ahead and keep everything running smoothly. You'll work with senior stakeholders and play a key part in supporting alignment and delivery across the function.
What you'll be doing:
- Work as a strategic partner to the executive, managing priorities and keeping them focused on high-value work
- Plan and manage time in a proactive, outcome-led way
- Stay ahead of needs, risks and preparation requirements
- Manage complex diaries and inboxes with discretion
- Screen and prioritise communications on behalf of senior leaders
- Prepare materials for meetings and drive follow-up on actions
- Build strong working relationships across teams
- Draft clear communications, briefings and presentations
- Coordinate UK and international travel
- Support key events and contribute to wider EA team activity
Profile
The successful Interim Executive Assistance will have:
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior leaders
- Strong judgement and commercial awareness
- High attention to detail and confidence managing competing priorities
- Clear communication skills and a calm, proactive approach
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, changing environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
