Management accountant
We are partnering with a highly regarded private equity-backed technology business in North London to recruit an exceptional Management Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and technically strong finance professional, ideally trained within a Top 10 audit firm and bringing either proven industry experience or a strong background in management accounting within a commercial environment.

With a strong focus on data, digital transformation, and operational efficiency, the business is continuing to scale rapidly while modernising its systems, processes, and commercial capabilities.
Description
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Prepare and review VAT returns and other statutory compliance documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Support the audit process and liaise with external auditors when required.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A professional accounting qualification e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience within the business services industry is desirable.
Job Offer
