Description

• Process and manage payroll operations accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and related documentation.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide support for payroll audits and ensure readiness for inspections.
• Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with the implementation of new payroll systems or processes as required.

Profile

A successful Payroll Analyst should have:

• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in a similar Accounting & Finance role within the Technology & Telecoms industry is beneficial.
