Sales Ledger
This temporary Sales Ledger role in the Technology & Telecoms industry is based nr Amersham and focuses on managing day-to-day financial transactions to keep the accounts running smoothly. You'll play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales invoices and payments.

Description
- Prepare and process sales invoices accurately and on time.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Assist with month-end reporting related to sales ledger activities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any invoicing or payment issues.
- Provide support during audits by preparing relevant documentation.
- Respond to customer queries regarding invoices and payments in a professional manner.
Profile
A successful Sales Ledger should have:
- Previous experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.
- Good understanding of sales ledger processes and financial systems.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills for dealing with customers and internal teams.
Job Offer
- An hourly rate of £14.00 to £17.00, dependent on the level of experience.
- Temporary contract offering flexibility - minimum 9 months
- Office based/Hybrid
