Description

  • Own and develop the IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) environment to support effective planning and reporting.
  • Lead the maintenance and enhancement of financial planning, forecasting, balance sheet, and cash flow models.
  • Partner with Finance, Data, Power BI, and SQL teams to deliver high-quality reporting and insight solutions.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial and operational data.
  • Support and continuously improve forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into effective planning, reporting, and analytical solutions.
  • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead planning and reporting enhancement projects.

Profile

A successful Senior Financial Planning & Report Analyst should have:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong financial planning and reporting expertise.
  • Proven experience developing and enhancing IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful business insights.
  • Demonstrated project leadership experience, with a focus on delivering improvements and driving change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and delivering results.

Job Offer

  • Generous Salary ranging £65,000 and £72,000
  • Hybrid Working - 2 days onsite, 3 days working at home
