The Support Analyst will work in the City of London managing the day-to-day operations of the client's exchange platforms, offering first-line technical support. They will troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues while ensuring smooth and efficient platform performance.

Description
The Support Analyst's responsibilities include:

Managing the daily operations and maintenance of multiple exchange platforms.

Providing first-line support by answering calls, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary.

Monitor and enhance security reference data for admissions, withdrawals, and amendments of securities.

Collaborate with departments such as Compliance, Infrastructure, and Sales to ensure seamless platform operations.

Create and deploy necessary changes, troubleshoot issues, and compile outage reports for incidents.
Profile
The ideal Support Analyst candidate will have some experience in a technical support role, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Unix/Linux servers. They should be willing to learn FIX Protocol, have a strong understanding of UK and EU equity markets, and have excellent communication skills. Prior scripting experience and familiarity with version control tools are also beneficial.
