Description
- Support diary management and meeting coordination, including booking meetings, arranging rooms and circulating papers.
- Help organise team meetings and events, including agendas, notes and follow-up actions.
- Support basic finance processes such as expenses, purchase orders and record keeping.
- Arrange travel and logistics for colleagues and external attendees where needed.
- Keep team plans, trackers and contact lists up to date.
- Respond to routine queries and escalate urgent or complex issues.
- Support practical team processes such as IT requests, new starter arrangements and document management.
Profile
A successful Team Assistant should have:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in providing administrative support in a professional setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Job Offer
