Client Details

We're looking for a talented finance and business consultant to help drive strategic transformation and continuous improvement across a medium sized charitable organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the heart of change, bringing people, processes, and technology together to deliver successful outcomes. You'll lead and support change initiatives, ensuring new ways of working, system enhancements, and transformation programmes are effectively implemented, adopted, and embedded.

Description

As the Transformation Lead, you'll work closely with business leaders, operational teams, project managers, and technology partners to ensure change is delivered successfully and benefits are fully realised.

  • Leading business change activities across a portfolio of transformation and improvement programmes.
  • Supporting the delivery of system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Assessing the business impact of change and developing plans to support successful adoption.
  • Working with stakeholders to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, and automation.
  • Developing and delivering change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Coordinating business readiness activities to ensure teams are prepared for new systems, processes, and ways of working.
  • Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business requirements are met and solutions are fit for purpose before go-live.
  • Working with subject matter experts to develop test scenarios, manage testing activities, and resolve issues throughout implementation.
  • Designing and coordinating training programmes, user guides, and support materials to ensure colleagues have the knowledge and confidence to adopt new processes and technology.
  • Monitoring adoption, measuring benefits realisation, and identifying further opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Managing risks, dependencies, and potential barriers to successful change delivery.
  • Acting as a champion for change, helping to embed a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Profile

We're looking for someone with a passion for driving improvement and helping people navigate change successfully. If you have had exposure to the healthcare sector this would be an added bonus.

  • Proven experience leading business change, transformation, and organisational improvement initiatives.
  • Experience supporting or delivering system implementations, upgrades, migrations, or technology enabled change programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and business readiness activities.
  • Experience coordinating or leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business testing activities.
  • Experience designing and delivering training and stakeholder engagement programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • A collaborative, resilient, and proactive approach to change.
  • Advanced Excel skills and PRINCE2
