The Treasury Systems Manager manages the technology supporting treasury operations across finance, technology, and risk management, with a particular focus on FIS Integrity. The role ensures the secure and effective operation of systems covering cash, liquidity, and risk management, requiring strong treasury process knowledge and hands-on responsibility for system administration, maintenance, and issue resolution.

Description

  • Lead the enhancement and automation of treasury processes using FIS Integrity as the primary platform, supporting treasury transformation initiatives while owning day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Serve as the functional owner of FIS Integrity, responsible for system configuration, module maintenance, user access, security controls, and coordinating upgrades and testing with Group Technology and external vendors.
  • Manage and optimise integrations between FIS Integrity, ERP platforms, data warehouses, and global banking partners, enabling straight-through processing and supporting the implementation of API or SWIFT connectivity.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of treasury data flowing through FIS Integrity and connected systems (including ERPs, bank portals, and market data feeds), alongside the development and upkeep of treasury reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Oversee bank account administration within FIS Integrity, including account openings, mandate management, and authorised signatories, ensuring compliance with internal controls and governance standards.
  • Act as a coordination point for treasury communications, monitoring shared inboxes and working closely with treasury and finance stakeholders to respond to queries and information requests.
  • Support internal and external audit activity as required and provide cover for cash management responsibilities when needed.

Profile

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven, hands-on experience configuring and operating FIS Integrity as a treasury management system, supported by exposure to other treasury platforms and electronic banking portals.
  • Strong working knowledge of day-to-day treasury operations, including cash positioning, settlements, and bank administration, with the ability to spot inefficiencies or weaknesses in processes and controls.
  • Highly proficient across Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, with the ability to produce clear analysis and professional documentation.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, sound analytical judgement, and the confidence to resolve complex system or process issues, supported by strong communication and technical capability.

Preferred Experience:

  • Formal FIS Integrity training or certification, or professional development through ACT or equivalent treasury-focused programmes.
  • Background in treasury systems implementation, transformation, or consultancy roles, particularly involving FIS Integrity deployments.
  • Solid understanding of key financial and treasury risks, together with the control frameworks used to manage them.
  • Experience developing or consuming reporting in Power BI, alongside an interest or exposure to emerging technologies such as AI.
  • Familiarity with SWIFT standards and financial messaging formats.
  • Degree-level education in a numerate or technical discipline such as mathematics, engineering, or a physical science.
