As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll deliver end-to-end recruitment across technology, product and business operations, partnering closely with hiring managers to support both UK and international hiring. Description

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role within the People & Culture function, supporting end-to-end recruitment across both UK and international hiring. This role offers a blend of hands-on delivery and stakeholder partnership, working across technology, product and business operations recruitment.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, ideally suited to someone who enjoys variety, pace and working closely with the business.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
  • Deliver recruitment across tech, product and operational roles
  • Support UK and international hiring, adapting to different markets and hiring needs
  • Proactively source candidates through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, job boards and talent pipelines
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure strong stakeholder and candidate experience
  • Coordinate interviews, manage offer processes and support onboarding activity
  • Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvements and employer branding initiatives

Profile

  • Experience working in-house, agency-side, or a combination of both
  • Proven track record recruiting across technology, product and business operations roles
  • Comfortable supporting UK and international recruitment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Confident with direct sourcing and managing multiple roles concurrently
  • Adaptable, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

Job Offer
