Job Description * SaaS Reporting & Automation: Design and maintain automated dashboards in Power BI (or appropriate other tool) to track critical SaaS metrics (ARR, Net Retention, Churn, LTV/CAC, and profitability) as well as all key financial metrics across the P&L and balance sheet. The role will also be pivotal in company-wide metric development and reporting in collaboration with other key departments (for example revenue operations).* Systems & AI Integration: Lead the implementation of AI tools into the Finance workflow- from automating data ingestion to using LLMs for predictive analysis and trend spotting.* Scenario Planning & Modelling: Build and manage flexible, robust financial models to support "what-if" analysis, pricing strategies, and long-term strategic planning for the PE partners.* PE-Grade Analysis: Deliver high-cadence monthly reporting packs that satisfy the rigorous requirements of a PE environment, focusing on variance analysis, operational KPIs and business impacts based on insights gleaned from the data.* Data Architecture: Oversee the data flow between the CRM, billing systems, and accounting software to ensure data integrity and real-time visibility.
