Description

This Compliance Manager role is based in Reading and sits as part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance team. The role involves:

• Develop and implement compliance frameworks and policies aligned with industry regulations.
• Monitor and assess compliance risks to ensure effective mitigation strategies are in place.
• Provide guidance and advice on regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Technology & Telecoms industry standards and legal changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues effectively.
• Deliver training programmes to promote awareness of compliance responsibilities.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of compliance activities.
• Knowledge of GDPR, Ofcom, competition and ABAC regulatory landscapes useful

Profile

A successful Compliance Manager based in Reading, it should have:

• Proven expertise in compliance management
• Experience within the Technology & Telecoms or Energy industry beneficial
