Description
- Manage and oversee Boards and Board processes while maintaining strong engagement at Board level.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies and legal frameworks.
- Provide expert advice on data protection (GDPR) and competition law matters.
- Develop and implement compliance monitoring programmes and risk management strategies.
- Lead investigations and ensure resolution of compliance breaches.
- Prepare and deliver compliance training for employees and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to all relevant standards.
- Regularly update and report on compliance performance to the Board and senior leadership.
Profile
A successful Head of Compliance should have:
- Strong experience in managing Boards and Board processes.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and legal compliance frameworks.
- Proven expertise in data protection (GDPR) and competition law.
- The ability to engage with senior leadership and regulatory bodies effectively.
- Experience in delivering compliance training and developing monitoring programmes.
- A strong understanding of risk management practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £100,000 to £110,000 per annum.
- £630 per month car allowance.
