Description
The In-house Commercial Solicitor will be:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
- Advising on technology agreements, including SaaS and IT procurement
- Supporting procurement processes and supplier arrangements
- Providing pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders
- Assisting with risk management and compliance matters
Profile
The In-house Commercial Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with up to around 2 years PQE.
- Experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Familiar with technology and/or procurement work (desirable)
- Commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to manage workload independently in a fast-paced environment
Job Offer
Salary between £55k - £65k plus benefits and career progression from within a top business.
