In-house Property Solicitor

Our client is a looking to recruit an In-house Property Solicitor to join their growing In-house legal team. The role will work with the Head of Property and another Solicitor advising on the business on their property portfolio.

Description

The In-house Property Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;

• Providing legal advice on property transactions and related matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property-related contracts and agreements.
• Advising on lease agreements, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Working closely with the Head of Property
• Building relationship with stakeholders

Profile

The successful In-house Property Solicitor should have / be;

• A Solicitor with a track record in Commercial Property
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating property contracts.
• Likely to come from a private practice, local authority or In-house background.
• Likely to be around 0-4 years PQE

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £50,000 to £62,000 per annum.
• Generous pension contribution up to 10%
