Description
The In house Property Solicitor will be:
* Managing a varied caseload of real estate matters including lease renewals, licences to alter, assignments, and estate management work
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of legal documents and agreements
* Conducting due diligence exercises and preparing detailed reports in line with internal procedures
* Advising stakeholders on landlord and tenant matters and wider property issues
* Assisting with the development and improvement of legal processes and template documentation
* Attending meetings with internal stakeholders and external third parties
* Providing guidance, support, and feedback to colleagues within the wider legal team
* Keeping up to date with legal developments, industry changes, and best practice
Profile
The In house Property Solicitor should be / have;
* A solicitor with around 1 to 4 years PQE within commercial property law
* Experienced in handling lease renewals, landlord and tenant matters, and transactional property work
* Comfortable drafting and negotiating a range of legal agreements
* Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
* Be capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Keen to develop within an in house legal environment
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £55,000 to £60,000 per annum.
