We are looking for an Interim Contracts Manager to join a large company serving customers across the world.

Description
- Draft and negotiate a variety of contracts and documents, including Master Services Agreements, Framework Agreements, Services Agreement, SaaS Agreements
- Work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and company policies
- Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders regarding contract terms and conditions
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure contract requirements are met
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts
- Maintain accurate records and manage contract documentation efficiently
- Support the legal department in any other ad-hoc duties as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
Profile
The successful candidate for the Interim Contracts Manager should have to following skills and experience:
- Previous experience of working in a similar role managing commercial contracts
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in a global organisation would be an advantage
Job Offer
This is an Interim position for around 3-6 months but could go on for longer.
Hybrid working- minimum 2 days in the office.
