Interim Contracts Manager

We are looking for an Interim Contracts Manager to join a large company serving customers across the world.

Description

  • Draft and negotiate a variety of contracts and documents, including Master Services Agreements, Framework Agreements, Services Agreement, SaaS Agreements
  • Work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and company policies
  • Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders regarding contract terms and conditions
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure contract requirements are met
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts
  • Maintain accurate records and manage contract documentation efficiently
  • Support the legal department in any other ad-hoc duties as required
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors

Profile

The successful candidate for the Interim Contracts Manager should have to following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role managing commercial contracts
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of working in a global organisation would be an advantage

Job Offer

This is an Interim position for around 3-6 months but could go on for longer.

Hybrid working- minimum 2 days in the office.

Parking available on site.
