This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pensions & Trusts lawyer seeking a different career path without stepping away from technical legal work.
Working alongside leading external specialists, experienced knowledge lawyers and an established editorial team, you will play a key role in developing a new knowledge service. The position offers significant influence over content strategy, service development and future growth, while providing greater flexibility than traditional private practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, edit and maintain premium pensions and trusts content.
- Help develop and expand the knowledge service through new topics, precedents, practical resources and legal updates.
- Monitor legal and market developments to ensure content remains current and commercially relevant.
- Collaborate with external experts, barristers, editors and knowledge professionals.
- Support subscriber engagement and respond to content-related queries.
- Assist with the development and enhancement of knowledge products and technology solutions.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and evolution of the service.
Profile
- Qualified solicitor, barrister or experienced knowledge lawyer with strong expertise in UK pensions and trusts law.
- Significant pensions and trusts experience gained in private practice, chambers or a knowledge role.
- Exceptional legal drafting and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Commercially minded with an interest in knowledge management, legal innovation and legal technology.
- Organised, collaborative and able to work independently to deadlines.
- Keen to contribute to the growth of an innovative legal product.
