Description
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Implement lifecycle marketing campaigns using data insights and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimisation.
- Manage segmentation and personalisation to ensure targeted communications.
- Oversee the integration of CRM tools and platforms to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all marketing activities.
- Provide regular reporting on CRM and lifecycle marketing metrics to stakeholders.
Profile
Mandatory:
- 7+ years in a similar role
- Proven experience delivering CRM/lifecycle strategies across European or multi-market environments
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams from the ground up
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of data-driven campaign design and customer journeys
- Solid grasp of GDPR and experience working alongside Legal/Privacy teams
- Strategic thinker who can also drive delivery and adoption
- Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable working across commercial, legal, tech, and data teams
Desirable:
- Experience in high-consideration purchase journeys
- Background in setting up new capabilities or functions within large or matrixed organisations
