Description

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Implement lifecycle marketing campaigns using data insights and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimisation.
  • Manage segmentation and personalisation to ensure targeted communications.
  • Oversee the integration of CRM tools and platforms to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all marketing activities.
  • Provide regular reporting on CRM and lifecycle marketing metrics to stakeholders.

Profile

Mandatory:

  • 7+ years in a similar role
  • Proven experience delivering CRM/lifecycle strategies across European or multi-market environments
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams from the ground up
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms)
  • Strong understanding of data-driven campaign design and customer journeys
  • Solid grasp of GDPR and experience working alongside Legal/Privacy teams
  • Strategic thinker who can also drive delivery and adoption
  • Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable working across commercial, legal, tech, and data teams

Desirable:

  • Experience in high-consideration purchase journeys
  • Background in setting up new capabilities or functions within large or matrixed organisations
