Responsibilities for the E-Commerce Website Manager will include:
- Managing and optimising the e-commerce platform to ensure seamless user experience. Specifically working with a Wordpress Website, with a WooCommerce plugin.
- Project managing the integration of the e-commerce website with internal ERP / business systems.
- Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with business functions.
- Collaborate with the digital team to implement strategies that drive online traffic and sales.
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any technical issues in a timely manner.
- Analyse user data and deliver actionable insights to improve customer engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on website performance metrics and present findings to stakeholders.
Profile
A successful E-Commerce Website Manager should have:
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce website projects, and website launches.
- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms - specifically WooCommerce is highly desirable. Experience with other platforms including Shopify will be considered.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Experience integrating e-commerce websites with internal ERP and business systems.
- Expertise in SEO and analytics tools to track and improve performance.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
