Global AI Content Editor Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit high quality digital content in German and English.
  • Simplify technical and lifestyle information into clear, engaging copy.
  • Adapt tone and depth for different audiences, markets, and product segments.
  • Use AI tools to draft, translate, repurpose, and scale content efficiently.
  • Apply strong editorial judgment to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand fit.
  • Develop repeatable AI-assisted content workflows.
  • Contribute to content planning, strategy, and cross-channel alignment.
  • Apply SEO best practices across structure, metadata, and internal linking.
  • Audit and optimise existing content for relevance and performance.
  • Work within a CMS and uphold content governance standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, digital, and regional teams.
  • Track content performance and report actionable insights.
  • Test and refine messaging, headlines, and formats based on data.

Profile

Must-Have:

  • Full professional proficiency in German and English, demonstrated through high-quality written content in both languages.
  • A strong copywriting portfolio covering product copy, long-form editorial, email, and digital marketing (samples required).
  • 4+ years' experience in content writing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, with clear editorial judgement.
  • Solid grasp of SEO best practices at the content level.
  • A proactive, transparent working style, you communicate clearly and flag issues early.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Familiarity with headless CMS or PIM-driven content environments.
  • Experience writing for both B2C and B2B/trade audiences.

Job Offer

  • Salary £55,000 - £70,000
  • 25 day's annual leave plus all UK bank holidays
