Global CRM Executive

You will support the delivery of customer-focused CRM communications while maintaining accurate, high-quality data and optimising CRM processes across the business. This hands-on role involves managing CRM campaigns, enhancing digital workflows, and collaborating closely with teams to improve overall customer experience.

Description

CRM Marketing

  • Build, test, and deploy CRM email campaigns in HubSpot and Klaviyo, ensuring best practice in design, deliverability, segmentation, and personalisation
  • Monitor campaign performance and engagement, using insights to inform future optimisation
  • Support ongoing improvements to customer journeys, workflows, and automation within HubSpot

CRM Data Management

  • Partner with sales and marketing to maintain accurate, consistent, and high-quality CRM data
  • Support ongoing data hygiene efforts including segmentation, duplication, and contact management
  • Act as a key guardian of CRM data quality across marketing and customer service workflows

Cross Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to embed and maintain the new HubSpot-based service process
  • Serve as a CRM point of contact, ensuring tools and communication flows support front-line activity
  • Help ensure smooth, efficient handling of customer enquiries through CRM
  • Build strong working relationships across marketing, customer service, and wider teams

Social Media Support

  • Support social media customer response activity, ensuring comments and enquiries receive timely, appropriate replies
  • Work with the Social Media Lead on escalation processes, tone of voice, and response consistency
  • Assist with logging and tracking customer interactions received via social channels

Other

  • Feed insights, challenges, and business needs into CRM planning and strategy
  • Support broader marketing activity where required and particularly during peak periods or key campaigns

Profile

Essential

  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Solid understanding of CRM and email marketing best practices
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially regarding data quality
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

  • Experience supporting customer service teams or processes
  • Exposure to social media community management or customer response activity
  • Involvement in broader marketing campaigns or cross-team initiatives

Job Offer

  • Salary: £40,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
  • Retirement support: Employer pension contribution
  • Remote working: Must be based within 2 hours of Hampshire, UK
  • Annual leave: 25 days of annual leave, plus all bank holidays
