Marketing Operations Exec - interim contract

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Operations Executive to join a subscriptions business on a 3 month contract. Based in London, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team with operational and campaign-related activities.

Description

  • Support delivery and facilitation of planning, governance and performance management routines, covering online as well as hybrid online/physical meetings as appropriate for stakeholder location and time-zone.
  • Become a trained administrator for key planning and work management tools, specifically Optimizely CMP. Provide training and advice to members of the Marketing Community to promote adoption, and ensure robust, timely information is provided
  • Training and coaching users, showing examples of leading practice.
  • Facilitate change management to embed operating routines through engaging the wider Global Marketing practitioner community.
  • Responsible for process support in producing high quality and timely reporting output from the overall Marketing team.
  • Responsible for successful operation and effectiveness of operating routines, meetings or events including ensuring technical and production support is available.
  • Responsible for facilitating and supporting key configuration changes, process changes and feature roadmap for Optimizely CMP and reporting tools or dashboards.
  • Responsible for user governance and financial internal cross-charges for the tools we manage.

Profile

A successful Marketing Operations Executive should have:

  • MarTech - Marketing or Digital operational experience
  • System-oriented, with strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate and administer digital tools effectively
  • Able to demonstrate production of polished reporting and presentation material to facilitate decision making
  • Financially literate, able to demonstrate experience in budget planning and reporting
  • Change management experience: demonstrate supporting system / process change, user enablement and training
  • Experience with common planning and reporting frameworks, practices, approaches
  • Exposure to a range of planning and work management tools
  • Proficient in collaboration tools and platforms such as Figma, Miro, Teams

Job Offer

  • An hourly rate of £20-£22 per hour.
  • 3 month interim contract
  • Remote role or 1 day per month in London office.
