Description

The Senior Marketing Executive will have the following responsibilities:

  • Drive digital demand generation through integrated, multi-channel campaigns spanning paid, organic, email, automation, and nurture.
  • Own and optimise the organisation's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand alignment and engagement growth.
  • Create high-impact digital content and assets (blogs, videos, thought leadership) that support brand positioning and campaign objectives.
  • Act as marketing automation lead, owning HubSpot workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, reporting, and funnel performance.
  • Design and execute targeted ABM programmes using data to identify high-value accounts, personas, triggers, and intent signals.
  • Leverage AI and automation to scale personalised outreach, improve planning, and enhance performance across the funnel.
  • Measure, report, and continuously optimise performance using KPIs, attribution, insights, and A/B testing.

Profile

A successful Senior Marketing Executive should have/be:

  • Proven B2B experience, ideally from the technology sector.
  • Advanced social media capability with a clear focus on engagement and performance.
  • Data-driven marketer with expertise in segmentation, optimisation, funnel metrics, and attribution.
  • Hands-on HubSpot expertise, including automation, lead scoring, workflows, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to execute ABM programmes and data-led targeting strategies.
  • Skilled in digital content creation and storytelling to support campaign and performance goals.
  • Analytical, highly organised, and execution-focused, with a fast-learning and innovation mindset.

Job Offer

The successful candidate will receive:

  • £36,000 - £40,000 per annum, DOE
