Description
- Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned to commercial objectives.
- Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, content, and social.
- Own demand generation activity and continuously optimise for performance and ROI.
- Analyse campaign and funnel performance (MQL/SQL), providing actionable insights.
- Work closely with sales to align marketing activity and support pipeline acceleration.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience across the digital journey.
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Oversee budgets, ensuring efficient and impactful marketing spend.
- Leverage customer insights and market research to refine messaging and targeting.
- Manage third party relationships to support campaign delivery.
Profile
- Proven track record in lead generation and multi-channel campaign delivery.
- Strong knowledge of the MQL/SQL funnel and marketing-sales alignment.
- Hands on experience with CRM and automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategy.
- Demonstrated team leadership and people development skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
Job Offer
- Salary of £60,000-£65,000 per annum, based on experience.
