Description

  • Oversee the technical management and continuous improvement of the organisation's websites, including hosting, domain, and CRM integration.
  • Lead website enhancement projects and manage the relationship with external digital agencies to ensure strong ROI.
  • Drive SEO performance and deliver internal training on CMS and digital tools such as GA4, GTM, and SEMRush.
  • Identify and implement UX and CRO improvements, supporting campaign delivery and automation initiatives.
  • Advise on digital channel optimisation and support content deployment across platforms.
  • Integrate AI tools and automation to enhance user engagement and streamline digital workflows.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to improve commercial performance and customer experience.
  • Champion best-practice digital activity, support team collaboration, and contribute to the organisation's strategic goal

Profile

  • Proven experience managing websites, CMS platforms, and CRM integrations, with strong technical oversight and project delivery skills.
  • Confident in using analytics tools (e.g. GA4, GTM, SEMRush) to drive data-informed decisions and improve digital performance.
  • Skilled in SEO, UX, and CRO, with a track record of enhancing user journeys and increasing engagement or conversions.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, external agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact digital projects.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, accessibility, and digital compliance, with the ability to advise on best practice.
  • Familiar with tools such as Concrete5, MS Dynamics, Hotjar, Zapier, and Cvent, or able to quickly learn new platforms.
  • A collaborative team player who champions digital innovation and continuous learning across the organisation.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to lead training, influence stakeholders, and align digital work with strategic goals.
