Description
- Oversee all technical website operations, including hosting, domains, CRM integrations, and onsite performance.
- Manage external digital agencies and deliver end-to-end website improvement projects.
- Lead SEO, GEO, CRO, and website optimisation initiatives to improve visibility and conversions.
- Drive UX enhancements, build/optimise pages, and ensure consistent, high-quality digital experiences.
- Use analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Hotjar, SEMRush) to track performance, report insights, and inform actions.
- Integrate AI and automation tools to enhance digital workflows, personalisation, and member engagement.
- Support cross-team collaboration, content deployment, and adherence to digital best practice.
- Act as a digital champion-providing training, upskilling teams, and advancing REC's digital maturity.
Profile
- Proven experience in website management and digital marketing within the not-for-profit or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of website analytics tools and content management systems.
- Ability to create and execute effective digital strategies.
- Familiarity with accessibility and data protection regulations.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Capability to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
- A commitment to supporting the mission of a not-for-profit organisation.
