Founding B2B Sales Rep - Account Executive - SDR

We are seeking a B2B Sales Exec. This role focuses on sourcing, pitching, and closing B2B partnerships with SMEs that regularly face small-claim-type disputes. You will help build the sales pipeline, deliver demos, and support the commercial strategy while working closely with the founding team.

Description

  • Research and identify SME and mid-market businesses with recurring dispute or litigation exposure.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality, multi-industry B2B sales pipeline.
  • Support and deliver tailored product demos and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with product and operations to refine the B2B offering and onboarding workflow.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Track KPIs and maintain CRM discipline (HubSpot or similar).
  • Provide regular revenue and pipeline reporting to the founders.

Profile

A successful B2B Sales Exec should have:

  • 0-2 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships.
  • Strong interest in SaaS, legal-tech, or high-growth startup environments.
  • Results-driven mindset with eagerness to build commercial skills.
  • Willingness to learn negotiation skills and manage commercial conversations end-to-end.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with understanding of pricing models, ROI, and unit economics.
  • Familiarity with outbound campaigns (cold outreach, LinkedIn, email).

Job Offer

  • Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
  • 8% uncapped commission on net revenue generated from clients you close.
