Senior Sales Development Rep
The role of Senior SDR in the Technology industry involves identifying and nurturing potential business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Based in Reading, you will work closely with the sales team to generate leads and build relationships with prospective clients.

Description
· Research and identify potential customers and business partners for Proventeq.
· Generate interest and create sales opportunities via cold calls, cold emails, and social selling (LinkedIn)
· Qualify and develop inbound leads as assigned by the marketing team, follow up diligently on all leads and ensure timely responses to client enquiries.
· Re-engage with nonresponsive leads and opportunities as assigned by the account management team
· Think creatively about how best to engage new customers
· Maintain accurate records and update all activity in CRM (Salesforce)
· Work closely with sales and marketing to develop campaigns and go-to-market strategy.
· Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure accurate communication of client requirements and solutions offered.
· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline growth.
Profile
· 3 years previous experience in a B2B sales development role, focusing on software products and/or services
· Good knowledge of Microsoft products and partners
· Entrepreneurial mind-set with a hunger to succeed
· Well organised with good time management skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
· Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex technical solutions in simple terms.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and Leadfeeder to create relationships with prospects
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000 base
- £20k OTE year 1
- 3 days a week in Reading with free parking
