AI Consultant
We are seeking an AI Consultant to join our team in the financial services industry, based in London. This temporary position requires expertise in technology to support innovative projects and business objectives.

Description
- Develop and deliver the organisation's enterprise AI strategy, aligned with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
- Establish an AI governance framework, including responsible-AI principles, risk controls, and model usage policies.
- Define AI operating models, roles, responsibilities, and ways of working across the bank.
- Partner with Technology, Data, Security, Compliance, and business teams to identify AI use cases and prioritise a multi-year roadmap.
- Ensure the bank's use of Microsoft AI tools (incl. Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Fabric) aligns with best practice.
- Lead change management, training, and adoption programmes to uplift AI literacy across the workforce.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives.
- Serve as subject-matter expert for executives and senior stakeholders.
Profile
- Strong consulting/ AI background (FS preferred).
- Experience defining AI strategies, operating models, or governance in a complex organisation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft's AI ecosystem.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
