AI Developer

We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot technologies. This role offers the chance to work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, productivity improvements, and enhanced user experiences through generative AI.

Description

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the wider Microsoft AI ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases and translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Build and optimise conversational experiences that improve productivity and user engagement.
• Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop workflows and automations that leverage generative AI capabilities.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with governance and compliance requirements.
• Monitor performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve deployed AI solutions.
• Champion AI best practices and support the wider adoption of AI technologies across the organisation.

Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Experience designing and building AI agents, chatbots, or copilots within a Microsoft environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with business applications and data sources.
• Understanding of Azure AI Services and modern AI/LLM concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience translating business challenges into practical AI solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• A passion for innovation and using AI to solve real-world problems.

Desirable:

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and responsible AI principles.
• Microsoft certifications relating to AI, Power Platform, or Azure.
