Description

• Provide technical support and maintenance for applications used within the organisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure smooth deployment and integration of software solutions.
• Managing COTS (company off the shelf) applications and Integrations
• Conduct regular system updates and monitor application performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications.
• Assist in testing and quality assurance processes for new and existing applications.
• Deliver training and support to end-users on application functionalities.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and provide recommendations for improvements.

Profile

A successful Application Engineer should have:

• Strong technical knowledge in managing and maintaining applications.
• Experience working within the technology sector or public sector is desirable.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of software deployment, integration, and documentation processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement.
