Description

• Provide technical support for key applications, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
• MUST HAVE SQL / ORACLE EXPERIENCE
• NEC OR DRS application exposure
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements where needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their application needs.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks.
• Document processes, solutions, and technical specifications clearly.
• Train and support users to maximise application efficiency.
• Work closely with vendors to resolve external application issues.

Profile

A successful Application Support Analyst should have:

• Solid experience in supporting software applications within a professional setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of system integrations and database concepts.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• An ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £51,300 to £57,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Permanent position within a not-for-profit organisation in London.
