Description

  • Support the organisation in adopting new systems or processes effectively.Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture current and future business needs.
  • Produce business requirements documents, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Support business transformation, process improvement, and systems implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance user experience.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect management.
  • Assist with change management activities, stakeholder engagement, and project communications.
  • Translate business requirements into practical and effective solutions.

Profile

A successful Business Analyst should have:

  • 1-4 years' experience as a Business Analyst or within a similar change, project, or process improvement role.
  • Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience creating process maps and analysing business workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business areas.
  • Exposure to business transformation, digital transformation, or systems implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Experience within property, construction, housing, infrastructure, engineering, or related sectors is advantageous.

Job Offer

  • A salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • A permanent position based in London.
