Business Systems Analyst (VP)
Senior VP-level Technical Systems Analyst supporting the delivery of a new Risk and ESG data platform. You will lead complex technical requirements, data architecture and solution design across regulated banking environments, working with Risk, Compliance, Sustainability and IT teams.

Description
- Lead technical delivery of ESG reporting data solutions
- Gather and document technical and non-functional requirements
- Produce detailed TRDs and solution design specifications
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Sustainability and IT stakeholders
- Ensure regulatory and data governance alignment
- Define and maintain end-to-end data lineage
- Contribute to database schema design and optimisation
- Develop and review conceptual, logical and physical data models
- Shape data pipelines, integrations and metadata structures
- Uphold BCBS239 and enterprise data management standards
Profile
- 10+ years in business or systems analysis within financial services
- Strong background in data analysis, modelling and database design
- Expertise in technical and non-functional requirements
- Integration, interface specification and data mapping experience
- Proven senior stakeholder management capability
- Experience working with product owners, engineers and QA
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience with user story creation
- Data profiling, validation and regulatory compliance exposure
Job Offer
- Competitive daily rate between GBP 510 and GBP 890. INSIDE IR35
