Description
The Curier Pay Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Manage the calculation and analysis of courier pay to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports to support business operations and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline pay processes and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and analysis.
- Managing and developing a team of analysts
Profile
A successful Courier Pay Manager should have:
- A strong background in analytics,
- Proficiency with SQL & Power BI, Databricks is an advantage but not necessary.
- Either managed teams previously or is looking for that next step into management.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
