Description
- Develop and implement robust cyber security strategies and policies.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall IT security.
- Provide expert advice on potential security threats and solutions.
- Oversee security training and awareness programmes for staff.
- Manage and maintain security tools and technologies effectively.
Profile
A successful Cyber Security Manager should have:
- Strong expertise in cyber security best practices and frameworks.
- Experience in managing security incidents and risk assessments.
- Fully adept with working with Microsoft environments and Azure estates
- MS Office 365, Defender, Azure is essential
- Experience with patching and server management and configuration
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Proficiency in using security tools and technologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
Job Offer
- Competitive daily rate of £500 to £550, paid in GBP.
