Data Analyst
Reporting to the Head of Data + Insight, you'll lead the development of centralised reporting and visualisations, provide data-driven recommendations, and support strategic initiatives that improve our data maturity. You'll work with a wide range of data-from air pollution and lung conditions to research, treatments, and campaigns-helping us make smarter decisions and deliver greater impact.

Description
- Analyse and interpret complex datasets to deliver timely, relevant insights.
- Create impactful visualisations and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Datawrapper.
- Support the execution of our data strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Champion data governance, quality assurance, and knowledge sharing across the organisation.
- Manage data projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Profile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and visual.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL; experience with Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
- Solid experience in data visualisation and storytelling.
- Understanding of data governance and knowledge management principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
