The IT Project Delivery Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing and successfully delivering technology projects within the business. Description
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders
- Manager project delivery timescales, working with multiple external implementation teams
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and address potential risks or issues that may affect project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies during project execution.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and recommend best practices for project management processes.
Profile
A successful IT Project Delivery Lead should have:
- Proven experience in managing IT projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience working with multiple IT product deliveries (CRM, Accounting, ERP)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical knowledge to understand and address IT-related challenges.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
