IT Project Manager

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects within the Pharmaceutical industry. The role is extremely exciting to join one of the established and driven project teams in managing unique IT Projects from inception to completion.

Description

  • Manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Working with Senior Stakeholders to manage, advise and consult throughout the project
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and internal policies.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings and facilitate communication among team members.
  • Deliver projects that align with the strategic goals of the technology department.

Profile

A successful IT Project Manager should have:

  • A strong background in IT project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, aerospace industry.
  • Experience with working on 'Tulip' Platform is a huge advantage
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and results.
  • Excellent stakeholder experience to a high level
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of industry compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Planner, MS Project, JIRA and/or Trello).
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) or equivalent.
